Who we are.............

• The owner and founder of UR Who Associates is Keith Freeland, an HR Management practitioner and consultant whose knowledge and experience commenced in the 1970’s.
• His wife and business partner is Angie Freeland, a highly skilled, qualified and experienced coach and psychotherapist.

Keith and Angie are connected to a wide range of specialised and experienced associate HR consultants whose expertise can be applied and customised to meet any organisational needs.

Biographies....................

Keith Freeland FCIPD

Keith’s career started in 1974 when he joined one of the world’s largest energy companies, BP. After two years spent in R&D he decided that people were much more interesting and moved into HR. His work in his first career spanning 32 years has been recognized time and time again.

He spent 20 years working in major industrial sites building a reputation for transforming trade union relationships. During this period Keith began to understand the impact that true authentic leadership had on employee relationships and business performance.

Inspired by the work of Jim Collins he co developed a leadership model aligned to the industrial environment and trained leadership teams from around the globe creating a step change in leadership capability and business performance.

His final three years in BP were spent in transforming the way BP developed future leaders with top team potential. His work in this field was recognized in 2005 by the Corporate Leadership Council as the global standard. It is also during this period that Keith established his reputation as a world class coach.

Keith’s second career was launched in 2006 when he retired from BP to launch The D&G Partnership. “The Leader’s Voice”, The D&G Partnership’s flagship programme has been described as the most innovative and leading edge at that time.The D&G Partnership clients included HSBC, Kingfisher Group, BBC, Staffline, Zurich and BP. Keith personally coaches leaders across the globe from Australia, Germany, UK, US and Brazil.

The next chapter in Keith's career started in 2008 when, having sold The Leader's Voice, he established UR Who Associates as the vehicle to continue his work in the field of one to one coaching, leadership development and productive relationships in organisations

Keith is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, qualified as a coach to ProfessionalMaster Accreditation level as defined by The International Coach Federation and a Master in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)

Angie Freeland

Angie’s experience in the field of psychology commenced in 1998. She trained as a psychotherapist specialising in humanistic and cognitive behavioural psychology. As a psychotherapist she became registered and accredited by the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), the highest standard of accreditation in this profession. Her departure from this field was widely regarded as a huge loss to the profession.

In 2005 Angie began to expand her field of expertise beyond therapy into the world of coaching and even wider combining the psychological and spiritual worlds which are highlighted in UR Who Associates diverse fields of activity. Angie joined her husband Keith as business partner in UR Who Associates in 2008 and is now is pioneering work using her diverse knowledge and experience into the corporate, organisational and HR world.
